Study License in Gujarat: To drive a motor vehicle legally in the state of Gujarat, a person must have a valid driving license. Eligibility Criteria for Obtaining Study License in Gujarat

    To obtain a learning license for a motor vehicle that does not exceed an engine capacity of 0 cc, the person must be over 16 years of age and consent must be obtained from his or her parents or guardians.

    To obtain a learning license for a light motor vehicle, a person must be over 18 years of age.

    To obtain a learning license for a commercial vehicle, a person must be over 20 years of age.

• Book a test slot for the Learning License test
• Visit RTO to take the exam

After passing the examination the learning license is sent to the registered address of the applicant

In the State of Gujarat, the Gujarat RTO issues a duplicate learner's license to an applicant whose original education license has been stolen, lost or damaged. If the learner's license is lost, the applicant will have to file an FIR, after which he can proceed with the application process.
