The Gujarat government today made significant revenue amendments to the Gunot Act relating to land purchase. According to the selection of the State Cabinet, the approval or approval of the District Collector is not required for the purchase of agricultural land for agricultural

universities, agricultural universities, medical colleges, engineering colleges or other educational purposes throughout the State.


 After purchase of such land, the project is started within the stipulated time by informing the District Collector within one month and obtaining a clear certificate like Bonafide Industrial Industrial Purpose.

 
The new system will now put an end to long delays in title approval, inspection etc. and delays in project start-up as non-farmer organizations or individuals are required to seek District Collector's approval to purchase such land within the past. .

 
In case of purchase of land for actual industrial purposes within the State, but in case it is not possible to use it for industrial purposes, the land may also be sold for the purpose keeping in view the industry as per the provisions of GDCR (General Development Control Rules). . . In the case of such land, the merger of a corporate, venture, affiliation or sale of land transferred to its own subsidiary, group company or associate company will not be considered. In these transactions only 10% of the jantri is transferred by paying a price-premium.

 
Eco farms are ecologically sustainable farms. Developers can sell or list or post their eco farms and potential buyers can buy directly.
Such land buyers will have to pay only 10% of the jantri premium within 60 days of the auction order to the Recruitment Recovery-Debt Recovery, NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal), Liquidation or Financial Institutions within the auction.


This decision will enable efficient use of fallow lands by solving the problem of agricultural lands purchased by entrepreneurs. As well as change the direction of new opportunities for growth and employment.
