Many people have a habit of eating fruit immediately after a meal but let's say that this type of special enzyme is needed to preserve the fruit and the fruit takes more time to digest. Therefore, eating fruit immediately after eating can also cause digestive problems, bloating, etc.
To walk

Many people may have told you that the best thing to do after a meal is to walk, but researchers believe that you should wait at least half an hour before going for a walk. If this is not done then it has a bad effect on the body.
Smoking

We all know how bad smoking is for health, but you should never smoke after a meal, because one cigarette smoked after a meal is equivalent to smoking ten cigarettes. So the ground should never be smoked. This increases the risk of colon cancer and lung cancer.
Sleep

Sleep is a necessity of our life. But if you go to bed immediately after a meal, it will cause you discomfort or sometimes even an unusual sleeping pattern in your sleeping habits. So avoid going to bed immediately after a meal and get involved in other activities.
Tea and coffee

Both tea and coffee are beneficial for the body if consumed on time and in certain amounts. And there is a saying in Gujarati that there is no extreme speed i.e. exaggeration of anything is not good. The same advice is given by most nutritionists that tea can be consumed at least one hour after a meal.
Shower

Bathing immediately after a meal increases blood flow throughout the body but this flow does not increase in the stomach. This can lead to indigestion and digestive problems. Therefore, if you feel like taking a bath after a meal, a bath time after 30 minutes can be considered a good time. So you should wait at least half an hour after the meal to take a bath.

Gujarat Government declared unlock 4 guideline

Gujarat Government Releases Unlock Guidelines : Amidst the coronavirus crisis across the country, the Central Government (Central Government) is continuously increasing the release of lockdowns through the unlock process in a phased manner. Unlock-4 is being implemented in the country from September 1. The Home Ministry has also issued its own guidelines in this regard. After the Home Ministry, states are now issuing guidelines on exemptions and bans in accordance with their terms.

Somewhere downtown has been extended until September, and somewhere lockdown is being mitigated. ⏩  Unlock Lock Guide-4


In the midst of the Corona crisis, the central government is constantly working to get life back on track through an unprocessed process. In this episode, the Unlock-4 Guide was also released by the Home Ministry on Saturday.


➜  1.  Metro service 

Metro service has been allowed to start in Unlock-4. From September 7, you will be able to ride the metro. However, the metro station in the red zone will remain closed.


➜  2.  No e-permit required   


The movement of persons and goods from one state to another cannot be stopped. No separate approval or e-permit will be required for such movement. It is to be noted that the State / UT Governments will not impose local lockdown without prior consultation with the Central Govern ment.


➜  3.  School and college  


Until September 30, schools, colleges, educational and coaching institutions will be closed for students and regular class activity. Or or online or distance learning will be allowed. In the States and Union Territories, up to 0% teaching, non-teaching staff can be called for work related to teaching online teaching, tele-counseling in schools.


 4.  The open theater will open from September 21st


Mentioned in the Open Theater Related Unlock-4 Guide which is closed from March 25th. They have been allowed to open from September 21.

Cinema halls, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters, and similar venues in Unlock-4 will be closed and international air travel will be suspended, except for travel approved by the Home Ministry.


 6.  Increase the number of people on social sites  


This guide has now increased the number of people joining social sites and events. Social, political, religious programs with a maximum limit of 100 persons are allowed from 21st September. However, during this period of social distance, wearing a mask will be mandatory. As well as thermal screening will be required.
