The term of "Prime Minister's Poor Welfare Anna Scheme" has been extended till November 2020 under the Government of India NESA Scheme. It has been decided to give the benefit of free distribution to the ration card holders from July 2020 to November 2020.


As per the resolution under reference (1) of the department, from July 2020 to November 2020, the total N.A.S.A. In addition to regular allotment to cardholders for a total period of five months, Rs. Cereals (wheat - 4.5 kg and rice - 1.5 kg) and 1 kg per family. Chickpeas are yet to be distributed


Ration card holders will get free foodgrains from all the cheap food items of Gujarat.


Customers should keep their ration card, Aadhaar card and identity card. Ration card holders will be able to get free foodgrains from any cheap food items across the state by establishing their identity through their fingerprints.

In addition to food items, more people will be given free foodgrains under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana in July.
